Well and Immunization Schedule
To keep your children healthy, it is important to bring them in for regular checkups. We recommend that you call week(s) in advance for under one year of age visits and one to two months in advance for over one year well visits so you may choose the date that best fits your needs. The list below is our recommended schedule for Well Child Visits.
* Newborn 3-5 days after birth
* Two Weeks
* Two Months
* Four Months
* Six Months
* Nine Month
* Twelve Months
* Fifteen or Eighteen Months
* Two Years and every year there after
We feel that immunizations are a very important part of your child's healthcare. Our office follows the immunization schedule below. If you have had immunizations at another office we encourage you to bring us that shot record on your first visit to our office.
